Although my window had to be taken to the shop to have it repaired it was done in 2 hours. Dan and Paul were efficient , professional, and kind! Thanks guys saved my family from this brittle cold already starting us out in this December month! Not to mention very faired priced with it being so close to the holidays this was a totally unexpected expense yet it was affordable!"
"I have very large (meaning heavy) double hung vinyl replacement windows. The "balance" broke on the one of them. I reviewed DIY procedures on YouTube and decided to farm this home project out. I called all local vinyl replacement window companies but nobody was interested in this job. After more research I found Glass Guru. Paul came by an evaluated the issue. It took a little time to order replacement parts but once received Dan showed up and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. My thanks and recommendation to Glass Guru."

The day of the job was perfect.I have an older porch door that needed a long piece of glass replaced, with a window that was cracked, and a transom replaced. Dan did everything, without any issues. and replaced a few screens. I will call again if I need anything else done in the future. I highly recommend them."
