"From the first call I placed to Taylor to schedule an estimate on replacing several units that had lost their seals, to Austin who did the measurements, to Johnny and Tucker who performed the installation, it’s been nothing but a five-star experience! Taylor’s follow up is timely and professional, Austin’s knowledge and skill are unmatched, and Johnny’s and Tucker’s abilities and personalities shine! Be ready to exercise patience because order delivery runs 3-4 weeks and installation scheduling takes another two, but I assure you the end result and the experience are worth the wait!"

"Brad & Harry showed up on time to take measurements and provide a quote. They actually called and were able to show up earlier. They did their thing expeditiously and were extremely nice during the process. I have used Glass Guru a few times and I have always been pleased with their customer service.
Update - took longer than expected 8 weeks for glass to come in and schedule install. Installer was on time and did a very good job.
Delay did not cause any inconvenience."

"I was very impressed with this company and their overall customer service. First, we had an individual named Brian who came and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and informative. He let us know why we should get a total window replacement and all the reasons why. I was so grateful as I didn’t understand much about window/glass. After reviewing their estimate which was sent to me the next day, it was reasonable and fair priced as we compared two other estimates. We called the office person named Adriana who was so kind over the phone and explained how long this process will take and what to expect. Lastly, within a few weeks she calls to schedule an install date and two young men named Demetrius and Isaiah came to install the windows. They rolled out mats and kept our house orderly and clean during the whole install. Both answered questions I had during the process. They were hard workers and did an amazing job! The windows were great quality! On top of all this…we received a military discount which is very much appreciated! Great overall experience Glass Guru! Thank you!"
