"My experience with glass guru was disappointing. They called to tell me my glass cabinet door was ready to pick up and when I showed up it was FILTHY. And there was glue all over the glass. I was told to go home and scrape it off. And to clean all the dirt off with a soft cloth. This seems like a basic part of glass service. When my home windows were installed (by another company) the installers left them sparkling. Otherwise, the glass was installed in a timely manner and once I got all the glue and dirt cleaned off it looks good."

Once again Mr Carlos and the team never seems to Amaze me. I needed my front window replaced on my home. I called Mr Carlos and with no problem the next day the team delivered quality and speedy service.

"Fantastic service from start to finish. Sales, professional, Jayce was extremely knowledgeable. The supplier took a little bit of time to get the glass to glass guru, but once received, I had installation the next day. Communication has been excellent. The two installers, David, R, and David S, as others have noted, were professional, timely, personable, and did a super job! Would highly recommend class guru."

"Great experience from beginning to end with Glass Guru. The estimator, Jayce was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the price also beat our other estimate so it was an easy decision.
Once the glass came in, they were able to install almost immediately. David S. and David R. showed up a *early* and were waiting in their truck for the start of the appointment, but we let them get started early. They finished in about the estimated time and even cleaned up! We had four windows replaced including one with an arch at a scary height. Wish we had done it sooner instead of looking at them so long.

We got a few quotes for full replacement that were out of our budget and Paul said he could repair it at a fraction of a cost. He not only repaired our door but was extremely helpful and professional during the process. I highly recommend his work and customer service!"
