"Erik and Nathan were very responsive during the quote process. My installer, Mike, was GREAT! Very professional, cleaned everything up and put up with me moving 3 dogs around so he could complete the work in two main rooms. 😀 THANK YOU and look forward to having you come out for the other replacement when I get the window!"
"On time ( actually early). Good social skills. Knowledgeable about window construction and careful when disassembling the frame. Got right down to work and very shortly thereafter they were done! I would not hesitate to call the Glass Guru should the need arise."

"Brad & Harry showed up on time to take measurements and provide a quote. They actually called and were able to show up earlier. They did their thing expeditiously and were extremely nice during the process. I have used Glass Guru a few times and I have always been pleased with their customer service.
Update - took longer than expected 8 weeks for glass to come in and schedule install. Installer was on time and did a very good job.
Delay did not cause any inconvenience."

"I gave them four stars because it was mismeasured the first time but that didn't bother me as much as there was no communication after the mismeasure. How long was it going to be for them to reorder the size and call me back to schedule an appointment? Any apology? Sorry for the inconvenience. No communication, no customer service. There was no phone call until the window came in and they wanted to set a time for an install. Which they wanted the very next day we rearranged our schedules to accommodate because we too just wanted this fixed. However, in most cases we would have been thrilled that they were an hour and a half early, but because we had to rearrange our schedule we were both still at work. Just kind of felt we were more inconvenienced with the whole process then they were. On the upside the window does look good. Our son who happened who helped us out since we couldn't be there . Said install the guy was in and out in 5 minutes. Again, no communication about payment. However this morning just received an invoice via email. Just call me crazy. The communication to me is important and so is customer service. I'm in the customer service industry as well a little effort goes a long way in my book."
"Mike was professional and quick at replacing the plastic windows the last homeowners installed, with the glass and it's so nice looking out a clear window! It only took about an hour to remove and install the two windows."
