"Great customer service"

"Brad & Harry showed up on time to take measurements and provide a quote. They actually called and were able to show up earlier. They did their thing expeditiously and were extremely nice during the process. I have used Glass Guru a few times and I have always been pleased with their customer service.
Update - took longer than expected 8 weeks for glass to come in and schedule install. Installer was on time and did a very good job.
Delay did not cause any inconvenience."

"I was very impressed with this company and their overall customer service. First, we had an individual named Brian who came and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and informative. He let us know why we should get a total window replacement and all the reasons why. I was so grateful as I didn’t understand much about window/glass. After reviewing their estimate which was sent to me the next day, it was reasonable and fair priced as we compared two other estimates. We called the office person named Adriana who was so kind over the phone and explained how long this process will take and what to expect. Lastly, within a few weeks she calls to schedule an install date and two young men named Demetrius and Isaiah came to install the windows. They rolled out mats and kept our house orderly and clean during the whole install. Both answered questions I had during the process. They were hard workers and did an amazing job! The windows were great quality! On top of all this…we received a military discount which is very much appreciated! Great overall experience Glass Guru! Thank you!"

"Had glass panel replaced by James Hejl. I’m immune compromised & requested the technician wear a mask & he showed up with his own kn95 & wore it both inside and out even though my request was at least inside."

"We had a glass shower door installed for us. The shower door ran into an issue and had to be reordered which Glass Guru had ordered and reinstalled in less than a week. They know what they are doing."

"I don't have enough words to describe how great this company is. I had a window busted out by a neighbor's kid and when I called Glass Guru the next morning, (after seeing all the 5 star reviews!) they were not only able to get me a great estimate on how much the repair would be, they were even able to come out that same afternoon! I think I was just lucky to catch them at that time because that may not be a normal thing but I'm SO grateful for them and how quickly and efficiently they handled everything! Their office manager Meredith was just the sweetest person as well, very helpful and so kind especially when I was so stressed about fixing the window as soon as possible. If I ever need another glass repair or anything of the sort, I'll definitely give these guys a call again. They're absolutely the best in town to take care of whatever you need fixed!"
