"I first contacted the Glass Guru to replace glass windows in our sun room. Marc paid us a visit to take a look and came back with a quote and at the same time he politely explained why we really did not need new windows. He proceeded to gave us tips on what to do. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity.
On the way out I told him about all the bad experiences I was having with sales people of front door replacement companies. That's when he mentioned that they do door replacements as well. Marc brought his installer and they explained that our wish for double doors could be done but it might look a little awkward with very narrow side windows. The compromise was a wider door with slightly narrower side windows. With a lot of explanations and patience, Marc guided us through the maze of designs and window manufacturers. The door we chose was delayed a few months due to COVID but Marc called us as soon as it got here. Colin did a professional job installing the door.
As many people have said on this thread, it was an excellent experience where we were treated with respect and we had confidence/ peace of mind that they were doing a great job at a reasonable price.
