"We had a few windows broken during hailmageddon in Sept. '23. After having several glass companies put me on a list just to get a call back, not showing or just completely ghosting me after coming out, I tried Glass Guru on the advice of a neighbor. They arrived when they said they would, explained it would take several weeks to get the replacement and delivered! Just had the windows completed and they were prompt, installed and cleaned up. It was done very quickly.
Shout out to David, Clint and Justin. Justin was the guy who came out first and did the quote. He impressed me because our dog doesn't like people in the house, and he is a dog whisperer. She didn't bark at all and that never happens!"

"From the first call I placed to Taylor to schedule an estimate on replacing several units that had lost their seals, to Austin who did the measurements, to Johnny and Tucker who performed the installation, it’s been nothing but a five-star experience! Taylor’s follow up is timely and professional, Austin’s knowledge and skill are unmatched, and Johnny’s and Tucker’s abilities and personalities shine! Be ready to exercise patience because order delivery runs 3-4 weeks and installation scheduling takes another two, but I assure you the end result and the experience are worth the wait!"
