"Very pleased with the Glass Guru and would use them again. Once upon a time a lawnmower met a rock... the results were one broken window. The window unit has 3 sections to it and only one was broken - plus the rest was in great shape. Thus we just wanted the glass replaced on the one. Because the frame is wood it was a bit more expensive everywhere. But Glass Guru was not only the cheapest (by just a little) but they also returned my call, sent out a person to give an accurate quote, kept me informed on the status of the window production, installed the window and left no mess. I also appreciated that they asked me how urgent the need was so they could prioritize people that had actual shattered windows. Mine was just a crack so I didn't mind waiting a bit. Overall, it was an ideal experience. Would recommend to anyone needing window help"
