A self-declared people person and avid Star Wars fan, Trecia joins us from her home state of Texas. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in political science from Baylor University, Trecia gathered extensive professional experience in management, business consulting, area directing, and franchise business coaching, with various heavyweight franchise concepts.

“I am driven by partnering with owners to exceed their goals and watching them succeed,” Trecia said when asked what she loves most about this position. “I enjoy getting to work with all different personalities.”

What makes her tick, you ask? “Being challenged and tackling those challenges,” Trecia responded. “I enjoy problem solving,”

When she isn’t crushing her goals in the office, Trecia says she enjoys the outdoors and staying active. Some of her favorite activities are hiking with her dog and motivating people through being a personal trainer.
