We needed a custom shower door enclosure and we got that along with excellent customer service. They got right out after the initial call and answered all my questions. I had an estimate hours after they left. They used laser levels and measuring tools to get a precise dimension for the opening. The glass was custom cut and fitted so from estimate to instillation was several weeks; however, I didn’t feel it was an unreasonable amount of time. I thought of some questions after they left and before the installation and my call never went to voicemail. Someone always answered the phone as well as my questions. The instillation itself took a little longer than expected, about four hours, but the result is great! One a panel of glass on the deck, and one a double paned Pella brand window where the outside pane was broken. I had another local company come out to give me an estimate.
