Hello. I’m Chris White, and I’m proud to bring The Glass Guru to the Dallas, Texas community I now call home. Originally from Vincennes, Indiana, I earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, later adding a Master’s in Business Management. My career spans 27 years in the utilities industry, where I led major projects supporting nuclear, fossil, and renewable energy plants across the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, I’ve worked in consulting, helping clients manage complex infrastructure and operations.
After years in corporate project management, I wanted to shift gears—toward a business that was both practical and personally meaningful. My wife and I weren’t looking for a trend. We were looking for something steady, rooted in real customer needs, and with the potential to grow into a family business. The Glass Guru checked every box. With her background in finance and mine in operations, we felt ready to make this vision a reality—right here in Dallas.
What I enjoy most is seeing the impact our work has on people’s homes and businesses. When you fix or restore something as central as a window or door, it truly makes a difference. It’s deeply rewarding to build something lasting with our team and to contribute positively to the community we live in.
Outside of work, I enjoy martial arts, camping, horseback riding, and swimming. My family and I take pride in living in North Dallas, and we’re committed to developing meaningful relationships with the people we serve.
