"I was able to make an appointment over the phone and didn't have to sign up on their website. A real human answered the phone quickly and I wasn't asked questions by a robot who usually cannot understand my accent, nor was I obliged to wait long for someone to answer. The person who answered the phone was very polite and nice and made an appointment for someone to come for measurements and for estimating the cost.
I was able to phone again for a second appointment for replacing the broken glass and I was able to make the down payment over the phone so I wasn't obliged to go anywhere and waste time.
Both agents with whom I had appointment arrived on time and did not waste my time. They did their job quickly and efficiently."
"I have to to be honest with you all. I work for The Glass Guru Franchisor, but I am also a very happy and satisfied customer. I recently had a brand new sliding glass door replaced in my home. The job was done to my completed satisfaction. The nice thing was that Robert and the second Robert took their time to show me what they were going to do, and how the new door handle and lock were different than what I previously had and how it worked. Unfortunately, the screen was delayed, but the office team Samantha and Chandra kept us informed of the delay and notified us as soon as they heard of the delivery date. We set a time and Billy came out, he was actually a little earlier than the scheduled time (for me this is huge - I like early and punctual) and with in no time he had the new screen on for us just in time for our upcoming spring weather. As a very happy customer I would highly recommend the team in Roseville for any of your glass needs."
