PLANO, Texas — October 2026 — The Glass Guru Enterprises, Inc., a national franchisor specializing in residential and commercial glass services, has announced the promotion of Rob Lopez to Brand President as part of a planned leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth.
Lopez brings nearly 20 years of franchising experience, including more than a decade with The Glass Guru. A United States Air Force veteran, Rowan University graduate, and former multi-unit franchise owner, he combines firsthand business ownership experience with extensive executive leadership and franchise operations expertise.
Most recently serving as Vice President of Franchise Support, Lopez has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operational strategy and franchise performance initiatives. His leadership contributions include the development and implementation of the Business Improvement and Growth (BIG) Program, Franchise Initiation and Development Program (FIDP) onboarding program, 4.0 Business Growth Roadmap, and Profitability Playbook—initiatives designed to strengthen franchise operations, improve business performance, and advance the company’s philosophy of Constant Franchise Improvement.
A Planned Leadership Transition
As part of the transition, founder Dan Frey will assume the role of Chief Visionary Officer, concentrating on long-term vision, innovation, and strategic opportunities. Lopez will assume responsibility for the company’s daily operations, executive leadership, franchise relationships, and execution of its business strategy.
