"The Glass Gurus are first off - responsive. Calls are returned and they arrive when they said they would. Sad that this is a key to service anymore, but they have it covered. Next, they are knowledgeable and realistic. I had a unique problem that needed to be solved and they addressed it and did an excellent job very timely. One nice to have element of the job proved to be more difficult to address, but they stayed on it and provided an excellent outcome. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided and highly recommended them"
