The Glass Guru’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity. Out of the 19 years FBR has been handing out this award, we’ve been named 11 consecutive years in a row. This is a huge achievement, knowing that our franchisees continue to show their support for our system, practices and business model.
