The Glass Guru recently held their 2018 annual Franchise Convention at The Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The convention was held in conjunction with the National Glass Association’s GlassBuild trade show, the largest glass trade show in the world. 2018 marked an important convention for The Glass Guru with the release of many great new initiatives for franchise owners to take advantage of. A gathering of franchise owners in our network can at times feel like a great big family reunion. These events have become an important part of our evolution as a company. We all spend so much time throughout the year focused on individual locations, or the daily duties of the franchisor. When it comes time to all get under one roof for a few days, the experience can be transformative. There’s a tremendous amount of value in that.
