NORTH RALEIGH, NC – May 6,2026 – The Glass Guru, a national leader in glass restoration, repair, and replacement services, is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in North Raleigh, owned and operated by Pete Candito.
Candito brings nearly three decades of experience in engineering, supply chain, and project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, he has held a variety of leadership roles across domestic and international markets, developing deep expertise in operational excellence, problem solving, and delivering results in complex environments.
After a successful corporate career, Candito made the decision to transition into business ownership, seeking a more hands-on role that would allow him to work directly with customers and make a tangible impact in his local community.
“The Glass Guru provided the ideal opportunity to combine my background in operations and problem solving with meaningful, customer-focused work,” said Candito. “I’m excited to bring high-quality, practical solutions to homeowners and business owners throughout North Raleigh.”
Candito has been a resident of the Raleigh area since 2008 and has watched the community grow into one of the most dynamic regions in the country. His new business will serve the North Raleigh area with a full range of services, including glass repair, restoration, and installation, helping customers extend the life of their existing glass and improve the comfort and appearance of their homes and businesses.
