Durham, NC – Please join us in welcoming Jeff Cottle, owner of The Glass Guru of Durham, which officially opened on Monday, Aug. 3!
Originally from Lima, Peru, Jeff earned his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Lima before completing his MBA at Carnegie Mellon University in 2017.
Jeff brings extensive management and product leadership experience to The Glass Guru. Most recently, he served as a product manager for BASF’s Urban Pest Control division, where he strengthened his expertise in leadership, problem-solving and developing solutions that put customers first.
After a rewarding corporate career, Jeff was ready to apply his experience to entrepreneurship and build a business of his own. He was drawn to The Glass Guru because it gave him the opportunity to combine his passion for business with serving the local community and developing a team committed to exceptional customer service.
Jeff plans to build The Glass Guru of Durham around honest advice, quality workmanship, attention to detail and clear communication. His goal is to make sure every customer feels confident that they have chosen the right team for their glass restoration, repair and replacement needs.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Iza, and their children, Thomas and Lilia. Together, they enjoy exploring local parks, visiting museums, traveling and spending time outdoors. Jeff also enjoys exercising and mountain biking.
