"The staff from the office personnel, to the estimator to the installer were all excellent. However, I ordered two windows for two different addresses. One took 7 weeks to install from the date of meeting with the estimator and paying the 50% deposit. The other was still not installed after 8 weeks. Apparently, the problem was with issues with the windows provided by their supplier. However, that still reflects on Glass Guru for using that supplier. One window had to be re-ordered 3 times, the other 2 times. The reasons were varied from the bars being scratch, the window said it was delivered from the supplier but wasn't to one window just being too large and having to be home for two installations. Our realtor highly recommended Glass Guru, and I will cautiously likely use them again due to their attention and sincerity, but truly hope the issues with their supplier are resolved."
