My journey in the window and door industry began in 2017 at Absolute Windows and Doors, where I started as a warehouse associate. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, I quickly advanced to lead roles in service and installation, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the window and door fenestration business from the ground up.
My career path then led me to Rhino Custom Homes, one of Florida’s most respected custom builders, where I honed my skills as a lead installer. This experience allowed me to refine my technical abilities while adapting to the diverse market place in Southwest Florida. Most recently, I joined Raymond Building Supply as a lead technician, an opportunity that brought me closer to my family. With three young infant children, being home more often was crucial for me. In this role, I not only executed service tasks but also had the privilege of leading a dedicated team toward achieving our company service related goals in the custom home services industry.
As I transition into my new role with The Glass Guru of Carrollton, I am eager and prepared to embrace the challenges ahead. My ambitious five-year goal is to leverage my extensive experience in home services to drive growth and innovation within our community. I aspire to position The Glass Guru of Carrollton as a leader in residential glass repair and replacement services in the DFW area, synonymous with quality service excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
