We recently had new windows installed in our home, and the entire experience with The Glass Guru was outstanding from start to finish. My business was recently vandalized by a window being broken, and years ago someone threw a rock at my door and I needed new glass there too so I decided to call around and try and get both done. The glass guru was very accommodating! They came same day and boarded up the broken window. The installation for the new glass was very quick they were in and out within 15 minutes of installing. I am very happy with the results I would definitely recommend them for your glass needs.
These guys were so skilled and knowledgeable about windows. They were able to repair our windows when every other company wanted to rip them out and replace them. Other companies want to take the easiest but most expensive approach rather than the SMART approach.
This is my second rave review for the outstanding customer service provided by Staci Vanney, Office Mgr at The Glass Guru. I had my table top glass crack right down the middle after I had it for a couple years, but had been rarely used. The glass broke due to the weight of my China I had placed on the table to pack for moving. I was upset that I was not offered the option to pick tempered glass over adhered glass and had been given adhered glass which broke due to the weight of my China. I know way too much about glass now after researching it and after bringing this to Staci’s attention she did the honorable thing and replaced my glass. It was not a cheap piece of glass. I did pay the difference in cost for tempered glass and for delivery, they replaced it no additional charge.
Most large conglomerate companies you can’t even speak to a human anymore. I really appreciate doing business with The Glass Guru and will bring my future glass needs to them. Thank you Staci!
They replaced a foggy garden window pane, and that turned out good. They are coming back out to try and fix a screen door they built and installed that keeps coming off the track. Hopefully, they can make it dependable now that summer is here.
