The Glass Guru is pleased to announce that its Gurnee, Illinois, location has been sold to new franchise owner Craig Amick.
The transaction marks the first completed sale through The Glass Guru’s Franchise Resale Assistance Program, or FRAP, which supports existing franchise owners through the resale process and helps facilitate successful ownership transitions within the franchise network.
Amick will assume ownership of the established Gurnee location from longtime franchise owner Tom Rowland. The location will continue serving homeowners and businesses throughout Gurnee and the surrounding communities with residential and commercial glass repair, restoration and replacement services.
Rowland will remain involved during the transition period to help provide continuity for the location’s team and customers.
The Glass Guru congratulates Amick and Rowland on this important milestone and looks forward to supporting both as they begin their next chapters.
