"These guys retrofitted our back door to install a doggie door. The door was a hinged/knob-latched with a large double pane glass insert. The Glass Guru fabricated and installed a new double-pane window with a large pet door. Admittedly it wasn't the cheapest option, but the glass and pet door (Security Boss) are clearly very high quality pieces and we didn't have to compromise on the look of our existing glass door. Kim and Brendon were very communicative in scheduling and taking measurements. Ben and Robbie installed it flawlessly, doing a great job troubleshooting installation in our mutant door frame. They preserved the old glass intact "just in case." We are very happy with the results, and these guys did everything they said they would on-time with excellent results."

"After a long year of searching for the right glass / mirror company to replace an odd shaped builder mirror, we found Glass Guru. Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project.

I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9’x5’).

We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer’s defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone.

We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing.

We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I’d absolutely trust and recommend."
