The Glass Guru North Austin team made the process of replacing a windowpane smooth and painless. The original estimator was friendly and professional. The quote, with installation, was very reasonable. And they matched the glass in a matching window perfectly.
The installers, James and JC, showed up on time, took no shortcuts in cleaning up and prepping the window for the new pane, and deftly completed the install all within about 20 minutes.
My only real complaint is that there was a period between when my deposit was paid and when I was finally contacted for installation where there were no updates. Maybe I am just impatient, but I would have liked to have an email or text message at least once a week just to let me know the state of the order.

The installers, James and JC, showed up on time, took no shortcuts in cleaning up and prepping the window for the new pane, and deftly completed the install all within about 20 minutes.
My only real complaint is that there was a period between when my deposit was paid and when I was finally contacted for installation where there were no updates. Maybe I am just impatient, but I would have liked to have an email or text message at least once a week just to let me know the state of the order.
If I need any glass replacement in the future I will make The Glass Guru my first call.
