Starting in loan origination and eventually leading large sales teams, I gained extensive experience in customer service, sales leadership, and business operations. In recent years, I operated as an independent mortgage broker, focusing on delivering personalized, high-quality service directly to my clients.
As I looked toward the future, I saw a unique opportunity in the skilled trades—an industry with growing demand and a strong need for trusted providers.
