  It’s great when you get good service from a company, but to get EXCEPTIONAL service is rare. That’s what I experienced at the Glass Guru in Olathe. On the night of March 4th a blizzard caused 60 mph winds to blow out my basement window breaking all of its glass and exposing our home to 28 degree cold and blasting winds. I took the window to The Glass Guru and I could not have been treated better. Bre stopped what she was doing and immediately started cutting glass and fixing my window frame. Doing so was difficult because the weather had caused a power outage in their shop, so she had to work around many obstacles. Meanwhile Curtis gave instructions to me on how to reinstall the window once it was restored. He looked up photos of my window frame type and walked me through the process. All of this was done while I waited. I had expected to have to wait for days to get the window repaired. I highly recommend that you get your glass and window needs met by this very responsive local company.

  We had the glass guru replace our sliding glass window with a doggy door. It looks amazing. For the last two years we used a doggy door insert. It let in so much cold air and meant you could only open the door half way. If you’re on the fence, get one. My dogs love it, it looks amazing, and doesn’t let in cold air.
  
  01/23/25 update – over 10 inches of snow and before zero temperatures still super warm in our house and now drafts. Continues to be one of the best decisions.

  They do excellent job. I called them to fix my business front door glass like as soon as possible for emergencies and they take care right the way. The price is good too.   Glass Guru replace some foggy vinyl windows in our 20 yo home. Rather than having to replace the entire vinyl windows, the replaced the double paned glass. They did a beautiful job and we have clear windows again at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire windows. The owner and his employees were polite, respectful and responsive! I would recommend them to others. Thank you Glass Guru.

  This company has amazing prices and Brie, their office manager goes WAY ABOVE to accommodate us at JJ Roofing & Restoration. She allowed me to do an after hours pickup last weekend, and even called me at closing to arrange this before she left for the day. Incredible!! We trust The Glass Guru to do 100’s of hail-damaged screens for us because they always come out looking brand new when we pick them up. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

  I spent some time online looking for window screen repair/replacement. Fortunately, I found The Glass Guru. I had a patio door screen that my adopted dog destroyed within the first few weeks. Now that she has calmed down, I was ready to have it replaced. The young lady that manages The Glass Guru office, Bre, was extremely helpful. She suggested I replace with a heavier gauge screen in case my dog jumps on the door again. While chatting with Bre, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about their services. The price was reasonable, and the screen was replaced within a few days. I have a couple more screens that need repair and I plan to use The Glass Guru again. I highly recommend.

  The purchase of glass for our table top was very easy and smooth from the start. The glass came within the time period that was quoted. The delivery and installing of the glass was great every step of the way. Vincent was great to work with. The perfection of the glass made our table top even more beautiful than it was before the glass top was added. Would use them again without any hesitation.

  Vincent and Brie were fantastic! The manufacturer of the glass screwed up the order as it was a specialty project twice. Brie was helpful and communicative every step. When the correct product came in, Our installer Vincent did a fantastic job. Knowing the earlier delays, when the 2nd installer got sick, Brie came to assist Vincent to make sure there was not an additional delay. As a small business owner, these things happen and nobody wants a delay. How it is dealt with is how you make customers for life. It is great to know service isn’t dead and these two young people were fantastic!

  My granddaughter got a vanity for Christmas and the mirror was broken in shipment. We couldn’t put the vanity together until the broken mirror was replaced. Glass Guru replaced the mirror while I waited in less than an hour! Excellent job and very kind customer service. Highly recommend!

  We had Glass Guru give us an estimate for replacing the windows on our back porch with double paned double hung windows. We also asked for an estimate to replace a couple of double paned windows that had developed leaks between the panes resulting in moisture or cloudiness between the paned at times.
  
  They showed up on time for the estimates and installation. The price was reasonable. We are happy with the windows. They were professional during installation and were conscientious about cleanup. We would use them again.

  All around a very positive experience. Our glass arrived in a timely fashion. Installer arrived on time and did a good job. He made sure everything was OK with us before leaving. He also did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was completed.
