"Vincent and Brie were fantastic! The manufacturer of the glass screwed up the order as it was a specialty project twice. Brie was helpful and communicative every step. When the correct product came in, Our installer Vincent did a fantastic job. Knowing the earlier delays, when the 2nd installer got sick, Brie came to assist Vincent to make sure there was not an additional delay. As a small business owner, these things happen and nobody wants a delay. How it is dealt with is how you make customers for life. It is great to know service isn’t dead and these two young people were fantastic!"
