"The craftsmanship of the repair wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. The edge where the window frame meets the glass is raggedly cut in places and clear sealant is visible. Maybe that’s a limitation of the technology? If so, it looks like it’s been replaced if you look close. It’s also fairly expensive. Their internal communication wasn’t the best — like they weren’t talking to each other in the same office, duplicating steps and phone calls."
