Right before the holidays, I had a damaged double pane window that needed to be replaced. Glass Guru was very accomodating in working with me to get the job done before Christmas. VICTOR GARCIA and LUIS VILORIA worked seamlessly together and I was amazed at their expertise. So professional and courteous – definitely knew what they ere doing. Never a hiccup. How does that happen?!! Usually there is a hiccup or two on a job like this (5 rooms with multiple windows). It has only been a few hours since the job was completed, so we shall see. Meanwhile my home just got a face lift!

I was very pleased and impressed with my recent experience with Glass Guru. My installation actually took place approximately 21 days earlier than it was originally scheduled for. Victor Garcia and Ty Haneke notified me 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to inform that they were on their way. They arrived early, we’re very courteous while efficiently and expertly replacing the 2 story window in less than 40 minutes.
