"Based on a manufacturer defect, The Glass Guru’s had to reinstall the same large custom cut window three different times. Unfortunately, on the third try there was very minor accidental damage done to a door jam.

What impressed me was the fact that Rich and the office jumped on the situation. It’s easy to rate a company with five stars when everything goes perfect but I kind of see things differently. I think a company that goes above and beyond to address any issue as soon as possible and work with the, customer deserves five star. 5 stars!
