"I had an excellent experience with James and JC at The Glass Guru of Austin North! They replaced the glass in my front window incredibly quickly, showing both professionalism and efficiency. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything went from start to finish. Highly recommend James and JC if you need quick and reliable glass services!"
"It has been 10 years since I last used Glass Guru of Austin. I built a new house 10 years ago and recently discovered two window panes had fogged over. I called Glass Guru and they immediately scheduled a near-term appointment to assess and estimate the repairs. They inform me that due to recent hail storms that the glass manufacturing process was a little bit more lengthy than usual.
In about a month Glass Guru scheduled an appointment to install the windows. Upon installing one of the window panes, they discovered the manufacturer had made the panes a fraction of an inch off in thickness. Glass Gurus stopped the replacement process and ordered new panes of the correct thickness.
Today James and JC showed up at the scheduled time to install the panes. They were professional, friendly, efficient and were respectful of our home.
Needless to say, Glass Gurus will remain our go to glass company."
