"Scheduled time was 10am, called them at 11am and they got back to me telling me that the installer was delayed and would be here in 20 minutes. When he showed up he was very professional and did a great job with changing out the glass in our windows. Completed it quickly and was professional. Would have given them 5 stars if they would have contacted me to let me know they were running late."
