A representative was scheduled and came out directly to check out what i needed and measure my window. i put down a deposit and placed order; he gave me a timeframe for the order and it was spot on. As soon as window came in i received call to schedule installation. Service guy showed up right on time, very personable and efficiently prepped window, removed old glass and installed new panel within 45 minutes! i was quite impressed with how professional the representatives were and how smoothly and efficiently the whole process went, as well as the reasonable cost of the replacement!
