"The Glass Guru team came to replace some very large windows at our house. The team was professional, quick and on-point. The glass is beautiful and it feels like we have new gorgeous views. What a difference new glass made! There was one window that was too big for them to change. I wish they could have accommodated replacement of that one, too. Overall we’re very happy!"

From the first phone call, they were so helpful in the explaining the process to get our window fixed. They scheduled an in-home estimate with Sean and he was punctual, friendly, and efficient. They were able to give an estimate almost immediately and ordered the window that same day. Sherilynne provided quick responses to my emailed questions and was so kind.
The window came in sooner than expected, and they worked with our schedule to replace the broken window ASAP. Kevin and Nick installed the new window and even took the time to show how the frame could be removed for cleaning.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates great customer service, quality work, and value."
"A bit pricey and took a week to get an estimator 2 weeks for them to get glass and 2 weeks to schedule to install. Pretty crazy but maybe there’s a glass shortage or the privacy glass for my shower was strange and hard to source? A couple other places I called couldn’t even get someone out for a couple weeks so… maybe it’s just one of the many problems in San Diego county.
When the glass was eventually installed, it was done quickly, cleanly, professionally and perfect."
