"Glass Guru did a great job for us. They came out to review the situation, gave us a quote and ordered the parts. In each interaction, they were always on time and the workers were vey polite and efficient. A great epaerince all the way around."
"We recently purchased a home that was about 20 years old. It has three tall windows that face water and get a lot of direct sunlight. The woodwork in 3 of the panes had started to rot. We called Glass Guru. Their representative came, identified the manufacturer, model, and which panes needed to be replaced. He provided a quote. We accepted the quote. GG ordered the necessary replacement parts and installed them. The parts were correct and the installation matched the original work. Their installation techs were careful not to damage our house or furnishings and to clean up after they finished. We are very satisfied with the experience and are happy to recommend Glass Guru."

"This is the second time they have come to replace a cloudy window. As the first time they came on time to estimate the cost and replace the window when it was ready. The technicians were friendly and efficient and the window looks great!"
"We are putting our house on the market, and needed replacements for 4 failed window seals on 2 big fixed and 2 normal casement windows. The people at Glass Guru were all great at getting us replacements during a tropical storm where a few roads were closed and delivery was postponed. They kept me informed and came out fast to install the windows, which look wonderful. The installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They caulked the trim so you can't tell the glass has been replaced, and I didn't even need to touch up the trim with paint. The house looks great now and ready to be put on the market."

They have installed windows, changed a sliding door to a French door including a doggie door, cut panels of tempered glass for our use in the kitchen, and a couple of other items. Every time, they have been very professional, created products of quality and met time lines as promised. I highly recommend this company."
