"Jacob and Victor provided a great install experience. Fast and clean. Left my mirror install exactly how I needed it. Glass Guru worked with me to cut a custom hole in the mirror to fit a 4-gang receptacle and delivered it within a week and a half of order. It's even covered by a warranty."

"Glass Guru went above and beyond to help me when an errant BB shattered my patio door days before a planned graduation party at our home. Exceptional customer service, starting with Beth who was friendly, courteous and patient in the midst of my distress. The Glass Guru team was professional, timely, and wouldn't give up on finding a fix that would be ready in time for a house full of guests. When one option wouldn't work, they did not say the only option is to wait; rather, they found another solution. When the replacement didn't fit as expected, Glass Guru found another option. They were on time or early for all appointments to measure, quote, and install. In fact, despite having a scheduled appointment, when Glass Guru was able to get replacement glass earlier than expected, they called and came out the same day to complete the repair -- 4 days earlier than planned. The installers cleaned up after completing their work and were pleasant and professional. Glass Guru's pricing was competitive or better than alternate companies in our area. The service was top notch and they kept me informed every step of the way, leaving me confident that they would do what it took to get the door fixed. I highly recommend Glass Guru.
