Communication and “service” - poor. When told 5-6 weeks until install the first time, I called the week of week 5 a few different times, leaving voicemails to not be returned. The final one they did return to say they had the glass. Upon install, they said the door was not square and they needed to reorder. Honestly, stuff happens. No big deal. What was frustrating was calling multiple times (never being called) to check revised timeline as the installer said you will have a rush job for the fix. Four calls later and after receding comments like “I know exactly what door is yours and I don’t know if it was rushed” a week later, it finally took a nudge from my builder to get them to lay out a timeline. Three weeks. Nearly half of the original timeline. I called, was not called, the day they originally said and it was coming in. Scheduled for 9 am the next day, great. 11 o’clock rolls around and I called again for update to be told 2 o’clock. After installers left I got a call saying they won’t be installing until next week - I already had the install done!

Overall, I am sure this is one of those situations that was just unlucky and poor through and through. I do hope they try and figure out a better remediation proceeds for botched glass.
