She was very professional and courteous. Chuck called me soon after and came around my area soon.

"My cat ended up breaking my mirror and the mirror was of sentimental value to me so I put a message through on their website and they got back to me within a day or two. Very fast very efficient and great customer service! They have a great dog too. They were super friendly and super helpful and they got me as a lifetime customer that’s forsure. Anytime I need a mirror or anything of that sorts fixed I’m calling Chuck up because I know it’ll be done in a timely manner while still having great quality!! They are just awesome! "The service from Glass Guru of Fairfield-Vacaville was Amazing. After submitting my information and details regarding my glass issue online, they were very quick to call and set up an appointment for a free estimate. Chuck the owner came out for the estimate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained our options moving forward. They were quick to replace the glass of our sliding glass door and we were incredibly happy with the final fix!
