"While it took awhile to get the glass that we had ordered, which was no fault of Glass Guru, everything else from start to finish was excellent. They were here for the initial inspection and discussion right on time and very soon after we first contacted them. After we decided to go ahead with the project, they were back out to remeasure before placing the order.
Once the glass was received and inspected, they quickly set up the installation date. The two installers showed up precisely on time and were very pleasant and professional. Shortly after noon they had finished the 6 window glass replacements, cleaned up and were gone.
