"I was really worried when a window was broken by a painting contractor couple days ago. Not only it was a huge safety issue, it is the length of the time I have to wait to get it replaced. A neighbor told me that it took her over seven weeks to replace a broken window during last Christmas.
But all those worries went away when I called the Glass Guru. First the lady who responded to my call was very helpful and cheerful. She immediately arranged a next day visit for estimation. Second the Glass Guru estimator/owner Stan Gilbreath showed up on time the next morning, checked the broken window, and took it with him. Few hours later they called me back with great news: a fixed window would be sent back that afternoon, with a reasonable price. Finally when Stan returned with the fixed window that afternoon, he went on measuring another big bay window with broken seal. He also assured me the replacement of the big bay window glass will be not have as sky high price as other contractors once quoted.
The whole thing went so smooth. Within 24 hours the broken window was fixed and replaced!
What’s impressed us most is not only the response time and the professionalism, but also the team Glass Guru’s strive to customer satisfaction and service excellence. With so much going on in this crazy time, we are so happy that there are still many many people who care, and who are willing to help.

"Repeat customer. I reached out to Stan after previously having 6 panes in our wooden frame windows and a door glass replaced due to fogging. David and Shane the installers completed all of the work in a single day and had done such a spectacular job on those that we decided to have some additional work done. Stan is running a top shelf business and I think most will appreciate being able to retain your original window frames without long construction times and contributing to the landfills."

"We came to Glass Guru in a complete panic because the top part of our window frame decided to pop off 2 days before we were supposed to move out & 2 weeks before we were scheduled to close on the sale of the home.
Being as it was 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday when it happened, I expected to get nothing but voicemails or long lead times on estimates & appointments.
To my surprise, Courtney from the Glass Guru front office answered the phone by the second ring & approached my panic with calmness & eased my worries.
She got us an estimate for the repair within the hour & squeezed in an appointment for us for the very next morning.
Stan showed up on time with a smile & was able to fix the window pretty quickly.

"For a residential decorative glass window repair project, The Glass Guru has provided a most competitive estimate compared to several other window repair and glass vendors. I was very impressed by the business owner Stan who went to the property himself and provided a very cost-effective solution and answered my questions with confidence. "Very pleasant representative who estimated the cost and delivery of service. Had difficulty communicating with their office and at occasions there was no response to inquiries about delayed service. A balance of one of the windows was removed to find the matching pieces but at the time of service the electrician did not know about it and brought wrong balances that ended up not using them and screwing the old balances in place. They, however, deducted the cost of new balance that they did not use. Calking was not done neatly and properly. I had to ask for cleaning the dirty spots on the windows several times. Technicians were very pleasant, polite and courteous. Overall, not a bad experience."
