The game changer was their numerous 5-star ratings and they lived up to it. Carlos arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He took his time and was meticulous in his evaluation. It was Monday morning, and the usual turnaround time is 3 days. I told Carlos we were leaving on Tuesday evening for the week. He said he would try to accelerate the timeline. On Tuesday morning he called and let me know they were able to get the glass. The technician arrived and was also professional and efficient. The bill was as quoted, and the workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend Glass Guru of Katy."
