I took my window frame to the glass guru shop, they measured it
and ordered the double pane glass for me for 2 different windows.
The glass came in, and I was intending to take both my frames back to their shop to get the glass installed. They called me and wanted my address and offered to come to my house and install both the window glass and put back in my house at no additional charge. I accepted, they were there at the appointed time and did the install for me, and I am a very happy customer. They went far beyond my expectations with their good customer service and I would highly recommend them with any of your glass needs. We need more businesses like this with this kind of customer service. I will use them again if the need arises.

Glass Guru customer service is extremely helpful and professional. Sergio came the next day to our home and was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. Took a look at one of our home windows. We were concerned as it had water and mold growth. Many other companies we called suggested window replacement. Sergio, confidently with no hesitation gave the greatest news that our window was fine just needed the drains to be unclogged. Honesty and respect is what window guru brings. We had our front door glass break the day after Christmas at almost 5pm. Called Glass Guru right away and the owner himself came out within the hour to measure and give us options. We ordered a whole new glass front, which ended up being a great cosmetic upgrade for a phenomenal price. They had the glass in and ready to be installed within a couple of days. Keep in mind this was during the holidays. The installer came out, even after normal hours, and installed it quickly and professionally. Looks fantastic. I am a Realyor who has referred a lot of business to Glass Guru, but this was the first time I’ve personally been able to use them, and I will refer them even more confidently now. Excellent company. Originally from Colombia, the 5 of us (with my brother, William, and sister, Mariana) came to the United States almost 20 years ago, ready to flourishing through hard work and determination.
