Hello neighbors! I’m Jon Connor, owner of The Glass Guru of Memphis since 2016.

I grew up in the Memphis Tennessee area, went to FACS High School, and then furthered my future at SWTCC and the Memphis Police Department.

Prior to The Glass Guru, I gained valuable experience in MPD patrol for eight years which has taught me valuable customer service skills. I started The Glass Guru because I enjoy meeting people and wanted to have a positive impact on my community. What attracted me to The Glass Guru brand was the cutting-edge marketing and technologies. I am extremely proud of watching us grow and our team.

Outside of work, I really enjoy water-related activities. Since 2007, my wife Elena and I have raised a son named Cameron. We also have two GoldenDoodles named Hartley and Teddy. On weekends you might find me at home with my family.

It’s a great honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve you and we hope to be the local glass shop you can trust and rely on for many years to come.
