"Susanne, at The Glass Guru, was a delight to work with. Courteous, as very good at returning phone calls. Knowledgeable, at suggesting the type of shelf I might need, as well as offering choices to fit my budget within those needs. On pickup day I was in a bit of a rush to get to my next appointment on time, so to assist me, Susanne was happy to take my credit card number over the phone. When I arrived, she was outside waiting for me so that we could quickly load my shelves and be on my way. I could not be more pleased! Such a sweet surprise to see her doing that!!
