"I needed a rather unique piece of glass. I shopped and looked around extensively. The gentleman was direct with his communication. The pricing was more than fair. Pricing was too low frankly compared to all other sources. It arrived in 2 days. Helped me wrap and load it. I cannot imagine a better experience."

"I contacted them on June 26th to replace the glass in my sliding glass door. In a few days a person came out to measure, he seemed thorough, even taking the door off to get everything right, he said it would take about 2 weeks. In two weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called and was informed that it normally takes longer than two weeks (they weren't sure why he said that) and they would be in touch. on July 24th they came back to change the glass, but that is when we learned that they had ordered the wrong thickness of glass (I am not sure how this is possible since the first person took the door off and took it apart to ensure the measurements were correct and was here for over an hour) so they had to reorder it but expedited it and said it normally takes about about a week and but they were hoping to have it sooner. I called on August 3rd because I hadn't heard anything (10 days after expedited glass was ordered) and they said the glass still hadn't come in. The door was finally fixed on August 7th. It took 42 total days, 3 trips out and several phone calls. The work they was great but I was totally underwhelmed with the fact that there was so little communication even though I had noted my frustration with that and no offer of compensation for them not getting it right the first time."
