I have double pane vertical sliding windows needed balancer spring replacement. Larry dissembled a window in minutes, retrieved the old spring for parts reference. Within 24 hours I have an email with price quote.

Their price is more than fair and above all, workmanship is top notch. These guys are leaps and bounds above your typical handy-man level glass repairs where they figure things out as they go, make a mess and might even break a part in the process.
