"September 3rd Update: The Glass Guru, never fails to impress me with their outstanding workmanship, polite and efficient employees, on top of all; someone is always there to answer the phone. It is important that we support the "local" small businesses. Middle Class, is the building block of our economy. Whenever possible, push the dollar forwardd, spend it on local business instead of the online stores.
ork with the best, forget about the rest ! I am delighted to write this review in support of my technician Larry, and the entire Glass Guru of Redlands crew. I have double pane vertical sliding windows needed balancer spring replacement. Larry dissembled a window in minutes, retrieved the old spring for parts reference. Within 24 hours I have an email with price quote.
Their price is more than fair and above all, workmanship is top notch. These guys are leaps and bounds above your typical handy-man level glass repairs where they figure things out as they go, make a mess and might even break a part in the process.
In summary, I whole heartedly recommmend Larry and Glass Guru Redlands for any glass work involving windows, doors and repair works.
