Hello neighbors! I’m Martin Rivenbark, owner of The Glass Guru of Sarasota since 2015. I grew up in the Tallahassee area, went to Leon High School, and then college at Florida State University where I graduated with a degree in Property Management.

Prior to The Glass Guru, I gained valuable experience in insurance and then construction sales and service for business and residential projects. I started The Glass Guru because I enjoy helping homeowners and business owners solve problems or make improvements. What attracted me to The Glass Guru was my experience trying to buy mirrors for a project and the process was so difficult, I was determined to make it better. I am extremely proud of my staff. What I like most about this business is our ability to solve problems that other companies won’t even quote.

Outside of work, I enjoy boating, camping, or projects around the home. My wife Sara and I have two boys named Dawson and Carter along with two dogs, Shore and Emma. There is a good chance Shore will be at the shop or on a job site with me. On weekends you might find us enjoying family time on the water.

It’s a great honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve you and we hope to be the local glass shop you can trust and rely on for many years to come.

"The Glass Guru staff, both office and installer, responded immediately to my call for an estimate. I got all the details of the quote at the estimate. Emails where sent to me confirming the information regardsing the project. We agreed on the price and the install date was set up. The install was performed on the date and at the time it was set up for. Everyone involved in the process was professional and pleasant to work with. Homerun!"

"Very pleased with the expertise and level of service received from Martin, Debbie and the installers. They were confident on the type of glass and color vs. others we contacted. Glass ordered and installed within the timeframe given, exactually on the shorter end of that timeline. Installation was efficient, neat and no distrubtion to business. We highly recommend and will use if any future need."
