"I chose the Glass Guru due to their great reviews and they lived up to their reputation. They answered the phone quickly, were always friendly and helpful on the phone or in person. They came out to do a free estimate and did so fairly quickly after I called. The people who came to do the estimate and install the new window were professional and respectful of my home. I tried other companies and one never answered the phone and the other charged for in person estimates. The Glass Guru exceeded my expectations! I even gave their info to my insurance guy to recommend them in the future. I'm not one who does reviews very often but this experience deserved me to take the time to share!"
