"I’m giving it 3 stars for the job being completed. However I feel the communication could have been a LOT better. Overall it took a week to get my glass ordered, a few days for them to come out and install. They installed the window and cracked it…So they then took the window back out… sent the glass back to the vender … took two weeks for them to send it back to the vendor, get it back, come back and complete the job. I didn’t receive a call that it gad been cracked it in the first place, that it had to be sent back to the vendor to be fixed… I ended up calling over and over for a status and hearing word of mouth from my tenant. Honestly, wouldn’t have cared if they communicated what was going on."
